The Challenge

Heating water with electricity can be very costly, especially if you need lots of hot water on demand.

Working with Mediclinic offered us the unique opportunity to develop a range of products that could reduce their dependency on the electricity grid, and save them money.

Solution

Providing ample hot water for a hospital is not easy. You need a combination of solar panels as well as heat pumps that extracts the ambient temperature from the air to produce enough hot water to satisfy the demand during the day.

With this task in mind we sat down with Mediclinic and developed a solution that would not only satisfy their daily demand but would also deliver a positive return on their capital investment.
